Lawrence Allen Centre

After 30 years, the mixed retail and office complex owned by RioCan, Lawrence Square Shopping Centre took on a brand new identity by way of renovations and rebranding. The new Lawrence Allen Centre is set to be completed by the spring of 2020. Included in the project scope, are the installations of brand new restrooms, a full food court renovation, as well as a full exterior redevelopment. Throughout the renovation processes, the entire facility remained operational,

as Rochon gave special attention to public safety and continued access for pedestrians and employees. Finer details of the renovation processes included the installation of custom exterior paneling (metal combined with aluminum composite panels), and even a new curtain wall glazing to match the existing one. Rochon also accounted for the custom double-layered frameless glass railing and 60 feet specialty booms in the atrium.
