Enbridge Inc., a prominent multinational oil and energy company, stands out as a trailblazer in the pursuit of a sustainable future within its sector. We were selected to undertake the construction of their exceptional multi-story office building in the vibrant beaches neighborhood of downtown Toronto.

This complex, multi-story development includes underground parking and involves construction techniques such as shoring, dewatering, and suspended slabs. Additionally, it addresses the challenges of contaminated fill and the logistics of working within a busy downtown area.

This facility will soon serve as an efficient downtown workplace for operational teams, combining office functionality with truck parking, a green roof, and purpose-built support areas.
