Rochon delivered Enbridge’s new LEED Gold–targeted Toronto head office and operations facility, featuring underground parking, three storeys, and a penthouse level. The project required extensive environmental remediation, supported by a comprehensive Soil & Groundwater Management Plan and the off-site disposal of impacted materials. Construction also involved deep excavation, shoring, dewatering, and suspended slabs within a constrained downtown site.

Designed for long-term flexibility, the facility includes structural provisions for future vertical expansion and demonstrates Rochon’s ability to deliver technically complex, high-performance projects.
