We were selected to undertake the construction of their exceptional multi-story office building in the vibrant beaches neighborhood of downtown Toronto.

This complex, multi-story development includes underground parking and involves construction techniques such as shoring, dewatering, and suspended slabs. Additionally, it addresses the challenges of contaminated fill and the logistics of working within a busy downtown area.
