Martin Rochon founded Rochon Building Corporation soon after graduating from St. Francis Xavier University. He recognized there was an opportunity in the construction industry to create a well-managed and upstanding firm that produces quality results and delivers on promises.

In achieving this, Martin has hired the best people in the industry, and created a culture of teamwork and integrity which has led to consistent success.

Martin is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of Rochon Building Corporation. He takes pride in the company’s longstanding ability to deliver an excellent product, and an engaging work environment in which employees thrive. These factors have led to sustained growth through repeat business and superb customer relations.

Paul joined Rochon Building Corp in 2006, and from the get-go has been dedicated to the company and its vision.

As a George Brown College graduate, Paul has successfully integrated his technical training and knowledge within the organization to effectively contribute to Rochon’s growth and success. As Director of Construction, he is responsible for the implementation and management of the corporate strategic plan and the company’s overall operations. Paul’s continuity with the firm, his superb ability to manage staff, and his ability to uphold Rochon’s core values are key drivers of our operational excellence.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and receiving his Gold Seal Certification in 2014, Paolo’s role as Director of Field Operations is an integral part of the Rochon team.

Paolo’s expertise is derived from many different field related roles in his career which have allowed him to excel in his responsibilities as Director of Field Operations. He has extensive experience in managing a full spectrum of complex projects and is responsible for the oversight of all national on-site operations. In addition to providing leadership, technical expertise, and guidance, Paolo ensures all Rochon projects are successfully executed to the highest standards of safety, customer service and quality that our clients have come to expect from Rochon.

John Arango is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has been with the company since 2007. As Controller, John’s expertise in payroll and accounting provides valuable insight concerning all corporate financial dealings and strategic planning.

Naqib leads Rochon Building Corporation's estimating department, overseeing the development of accurate, competitive, and strategic pricing across a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. He works closely with clients, consultants, and trade partners throughout the preconstruction process to help establish a strong foundation for successful project delivery.

Since joining Rochon in 2013, Naqib has become a trusted leader within the organization, recognized for his technical knowledge, collaborative approach, and sound judgment. His ability to evaluate project requirements, identify opportunities, and guide the estimating process plays an important role in helping Rochon deliver value to clients.

Paul is a graduate of Sheridan College with a Diploma in Architectural Technology. He began at Rochon Building Corporation in 2000 and has become a vital mentor and leader on our Project Management Team. Paul’s proven ability to execute projects with tight schedules, while ensuring budgets are maintained, has contributed to our ability to deliver on our promise of full client satisfaction.

Tyler brings over a decade of industry experience across construction, brokerage and owner representation. His background gives him a practical understanding of how projects move from initial deal through to execution, allowing him to support clients with a clear and informed approach from the outset.

With a broad network of industry relationships and a well-rounded perspective, Tyler focuses on building strong partnerships and identifying opportunities that align with client goals. His ability to connect the real estate and construction sides of a project helps ensure a smoother path from planning to delivery.

Ted Lourenco serves as General Site Superintendent at Rochon Building Corporation, working closely with the Director of Field Operations to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Ted brings extensive field leadership experience across industrial, commercial, and institutional construction. Known for his strong presence on site and ability to coordinate complex teams of trades, he plays a critical role in maintaining safe, organized, and efficient worksites while ensuring projects progress according to plan. As General Site Superintendent, Ted is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities, including site coordination, trade supervision, scheduling, and quality control. Working alongside project managers, consultants, and subcontractors, he ensures work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and efficiency.

Ted’s leadership in the field helps translate project plans into successful built outcomes, ensuring Rochon’s projects are delivered on schedule and to the level of quality clients expect.

Nelson Aulestia leads Rochon’s health and safety program, overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety practices across all projects and operations. As Safety Manager / Auditor, he works closely with project teams, site leadership, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Rochon’s internal safety standards.

Nelson manages the company’s COR-certified safety program, conducts site audits and inspections, leads incident prevention initiatives, and supports ongoing training to promote safe work practices across every project. His hands-on approach and commitment to proactive safety management help ensure Rochon’s worksites operate safely, responsibly, and in alignment with the company’s goal of Zero Harm.

Jashan is the Human Resources Manager at Rochon Building Corporation, where she leads talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. With a forward-thinking, people-centric approach, she strategically aligns HR practices with the company’s operational goals to support growth and performance.

Jashan’s academic background and extensive experience in HR and the construction industry equip her to foster a productive, engaging workplace, ensuring Rochon attracts and retains top talent.
