Rochon has been selected as the Design Build partner for the construction of a state-of-the-art industrial complex in Cambridge, Ontario. This significant development is designed with a focus on sustainability and features Zero Carbon Ready infrastructure upgrades.

The 28.9-acre site will be repurposed as a last-mile urban distribution and logistics center, consisting of multiple occupancy buildings totaling approximately 440,000+ sq.ft.

Some key design features include a 40 ft clear deck, 81 loading docks, a roof ready for solar installation, and an energy-efficient envelope.
