Rochon delivered a 440,000+ sq. ft. industrial facility at Allendale Road in Cambridge as Dream Industrial’s design-build partner. The warehouse provides 40 ft. clear height, loading infrastructure and flexible accommodation for industrial and distribution use.
The project combines a substantial building envelope with servicing and circulation across the development site. Solar-ready roofing and Zero Carbon Ready infrastructure provisions allow for future performance upgrades alongside the warehouse’s storage and loading functions.
