Rochon delivered a phased renewal of RioCan’s Lawrence Square shopping centre as it became Lawrence Allen Centre. The work covered public areas on multiple levels, new washrooms, food-court improvements and exterior redevelopment.

The centre remained operational, requiring continued pedestrian access and separation of construction from shoppers and tenants. Across successive phases, interior and exterior works had to be sequenced around the same active retail property, making the project a coordinated shopping-centre revitalization rather than a single store fit-out.
