Rochon was engaged to deliver this large-scale industrial facility as part of the Tullamore project in Caledon, executing the work with a focus on schedule certainty, cost control, and build quality.

The building comprises over 625,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space with a 40-ft clear height to accommodate automation, conveyor systems, and extensive racking. A 16,000+ sq.ft. office area supports managerial and operational functions and is fully integrated with the warehouse. The facility was completed on time and on budget and is now in the final commissioning phase, with automated material-handling systems being installed in advance of NLS Logistics’ occupancy.
