This Food Basics in London Ontario underwent a complete overhaul, which included returning space to the landlord and reconfiguring the sales floor to allow for more checkout stations, a new exterior entrance, and all-new finishes.

Rochon Building Corporation built a completely new vestibule to allow customers easy and direct access to the store, separate from the mall entrance.

Our scope of work included demolition of the exterior walls, erecting new steel, reinforcing foundations, slab trenching and completing the interior/exterior finishes. Rochon Building Corporation was also responsible for maintaining safe customer traffic while the store remained fully operational.
