Rochon renovated the former CAMH facility in Toronto’s Leaside area for Edgewood Health Network’s Bellwood treatment centre. The project adapted connected existing buildings for residential addiction treatment, combining patient accommodation with spaces for care, daily living and staff operations.

The renovation included asbestos abatement and removal of existing shaft walls to accommodate HVAC and electrical work. Coordination extended through service shafts running from the basement to the mechanical penthouse, with fire separation and enclosure details addressed alongside the new building services. These interventions supported the conversion of existing institutional space for residential treatment.
