Rochon delivered two industrial buildings for Carttera at Central Parkway West in Mississauga, providing approximately 252,000 sq. ft. of combined floor area. The buildings incorporate warehouse and office accommodation with 34 truck-level loading doors across the two premises.
Concrete shipping aprons, drive-in ramps and site servicing connect the buildings to their loading and circulation areas. Retaining walls and stormwater infrastructure address the site conditions, giving the development a substantial civil scope alongside the warehouse construction.
