Our collaboration with all project partners led to the successful completion of Central Parkway West in Mississauga. This expansive complex spans over 253,000 sq.ft. across two buildings, all constructed to meet stringent LEED Certified standards.

Designed to meet the needs of substantial industrial clients, Central Parkway West features state-of-the-art loading docks, a spacious shipping apron, and ample parking stalls, ensuring it is well-equipped to handle modern industrial demands. This large-scale industrial development was delivered with functionality, sustainability, and client-centric features.
