Rochon delivered Playdium at CF Fairview Mall in Toronto, integrating more than 22,000 sq. ft. of entertainment space with the existing Cineplex cinema. The venue combines games, bowling, mini-putt, dining and private event areas.

The fit-out required coordination of attraction spaces with a commercial kitchen, building services and shared customer circulation. Linking the new entertainment offer to the cinema created a broader leisure destination within the mall, while retaining the distinction between the Playdium work and the existing theatres.
