Rochon has completed the Playdium at CF Fairview Mall in Toronto, directly integrating it with the existing Cineplex cinema. Spanning over 22,000 square feet and featuring more than 60 games, including VR, racing, and bowling, this project sets a new standard for entertainment venues. It showcases Rochon's expertise in leading innovative, community-enhancing construction projects.

The venue is designed to serve as a top destination for entertainment, offering a range of dining options and private rooms suitable for birthday parties and other special events. The layout enables various entertainment activities in one location, providing a space for families and friends to enjoy and make memories.
