Enbridge North York Office & Annex Renovation
Rochon renovated Enbridge’s annex in North York, updating office and support spaces alongside loading and site improvements. The work took place beside occupied areas, including an operating call centre.
The scope included remediation of unforeseen soft ground encountered during the site works. Inside, work zones had to be separated from staff areas and construction noise controlled around the operating call centre. The project combined workplace renewal and loading-area improvements with the coordination required by unexpected site conditions and adjacent business operations.
