Rochon completed a comprehensive 12,200 sq.ft. interior office fit-up in Thorold, Ontario, converting existing industrial space into a functional office environment designed to support Enbridge's operational requirements.

The project included construction of private offices, open workstations, meeting rooms, training areas, collaboration spaces, staff amenities, upgraded washrooms, IT and electrical rooms, and support spaces. The renovation also included architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical upgrades, HVAC improvements, lighting, custom millwork, acoustic treatments, furniture integration, and accessibility enhancements, delivering a modern workplace within an existing industrial facility.
