RioCan’s Lawrence Square Shopping Centre took on a brand-new identity by way of rebranding and renovation.

Rochon Building Corporation completed this revitalization project, which included renovation of all public areas on multiple levels, installation of new restrooms, food court renovation, and full exterior redevelopment.

The entire shopping centre remained operational during the renovation, which required paying special attention to public safety, and managing continued access for pedestrians and site staff.
