Rochon delivered Metro’s grocery store in Ottawa’s Carling Avenue area, combining base-building construction and interior fit-out within the redevelopment of a former shopping-mall property. The scope brought the retail floor and supporting grocery operations into one delivery package.

The scope also included the servicing behind the store: a new loading-dock apron, dock drainage and a compactor pad. Coordinating these receiving and service areas with the building and fit-out connected the customer-facing supermarket to the infrastructure needed for daily deliveries and store operations.
