Rochon expanded an existing retail unit in Windsor to accommodate a new No Frills grocery store. The scope combined the addition and base-building work with the store’s interior fit-out and grocery-specific infrastructure.

The project connected new construction to an established premises, bringing customer circulation, retail layout and operational support areas together. Coordination between the existing building, new structure and tenant requirements carried the work beyond a standard retail refresh to a grocery conversion and expansion.
