Rochon delivered five retail base buildings and associated site works for Sora Developments at Morningside Avenue and Finch Avenue East in Scarborough. The development includes space for Burger King and other commercial tenants, creating a group of premises serving different everyday retail needs.

Our work combined building shells with underground servicing, vehicle circulation and the site infrastructure needed to prepare the property for tenant occupation. Construction through the COVID-19 period required coordination of building and site delivery. The scope established the commercial development’s physical framework for subsequent tenant operations.
