Rochon is delivering an operations facility in south Edmonton, combining office accommodation, industrial support space and laboratory areas. The building brings staff workspaces, equipment staging and technical functions together within one coordinated development.

The project combines different workplace requirements within one facility: offices for staff, industrial areas for operational support and dedicated laboratory space. Site works provide vehicle access, parking and material-handling areas, connecting the building’s internal functions with the movement of people, equipment and materials around the property.
