Steeles Bramalea Campus
Rochon constructed the Steeles Bramalea Campus, a three-building industrial development totaling just over 400,000 sq. ft. at Steeles Avenue East and Bramalea Road.
The campus was built to support modern industrial and logistics operations, with efficient site access, loading functionality, durable building systems, and LEED-aligned design principles. Its location near Highways 407 and 410 provides strong regional connectivity for tenants and users.
Following the successful delivery of the campus, Rochon was later retained for the design-build construction of a skilled careers learning centre, further expanding its role in the development.
