The project includes over 625,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space with 40 ft clear height, designed to support high-density racking, automation, and conveyor systems, along with a fully integrated 16,000+ sq. ft. office component. Delivering a building of this scale required strong trade coordination, structured site logistics, and consistent execution across a large footprint. Rochon managed all aspects of construction to keep the project aligned with schedule, budget, and performance requirements, resulting in a modern industrial facility now occupied by NLS.
