Rochon delivered the Tullamore warehouse development in Caledon for National Logistics Services, a provider serving apparel, footwear and lifestyle brands. NLS announced a 624,000 sq. ft. facility designed to handle more than 50 million units annually, giving the project a role in both retail distribution and online-order fulfilment.

Rochon’s building scope includes a warehouse with 40 ft. clear height and integrated offices, coordinated with requirements for racking, conveyors and the tenant’s automation.
