Rochon delivered this large-scale industrial facility as part of the Tullamore development in Caledon, Ontario, executing the work with a focus on schedule certainty, cost control, and overall build quality.

The building comprises over 625,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space, designed with a 40 ft clear height to support high-density racking, automation, and conveyor systems. A 16,000+ sq.ft. office component is fully integrated within the facility, providing functional space for operations and management.

The project required disciplined coordination across a wide range of trades and a structured approach to site logistics to maintain consistent progress across the large footprint. Rochon led all aspects of construction execution, ensuring alignment with project schedule, budget, and performance requirements.
