Rochon Building Corporation was the construction firm selected by RioCan for this complete 20+ acre greenfield site development.

Rochon is responsible for all the civil infrastructure, site grading, landscaping, and hardscaping, as well as the ground-up base builds of 10 new commercial retail units.
