Nelson Aulestia leads Rochon’s health and safety program, overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety practices across all projects and operations. As Safety Manager / Auditor, he works closely with project teams, site leadership, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Rochon’s internal safety standards.

Nelson manages the company’s COR-certified safety program, conducts site audits and inspections, leads incident prevention initiatives, and supports ongoing training to promote safe work practices across every project. His hands-on approach and commitment to proactive safety management help ensure Rochon’s worksites operate safely, responsibly, and in alignment with the company’s goal of Zero Harm.
