Frank Natale is an experienced construction professional with decades of experience guiding major projects across institutional, industrial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. As Senior Manager of Preconstruction & Estimating at Rochon, he leads the planning and execution of front-end project strategy—bringing together design, cost, and scheduling considerations to drive project success from day one.
A Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), Gold Seal Certified professional, and CEC-designated leader, Frank is known for his ability to navigate complexity, align teams, and bring structure to challenging builds. He is a trusted and experienced leader, and a valued part of the Rochon Team.
My focus for clients is to remove uncertainty early—by ensuring design, procurement, and risk strategies are aligned with cost, schedule, and scope well before construction begins.
