Creating Meaningful, Lasting Impact Where it Matters

Community Involvement

At Rochon, we prioritize taking action to uplift and support the communities we serve. Our commitments span youth opportunity, education, health, food security, and access to clean water—creating meaningful, lasting impact where it matters.

Holiday Fundraiser – Supporting Food Security

Rochon leads a company-wide holiday fundraiser that consistently provides substantial support for families facing food insecurity. Recent campaigns have supported Weston Area Emergency Support (WAES), along with other organizations across the GTA that help improve food access for vulnerable households.

Rochon partners with H2O4ALL to help deliver sustainable clean-water solutions in underserved communities. Volunteer teams participate in on-site installation work, system restoration, and training that supports long-term access to safe drinking water.

Homework Club – Local After-School Support

Located close to Rochon’s head office, the Homework Club provides a safe, supportive after-school environment for children in Weston, Central Etobicoke, and York–South Weston.

The program offers culturally relevant supports for a high immigrant population—particularly the Black community—and focuses on education, employment readiness, entrepreneurship, and empowerment.

Through tutoring, mentorship, structured play, and consistent guidance, the Homework Club helps youth develop confidence, transferable skills, and long-term pathways out of poverty.
