RioCan East Hills Retail Buildings, Calgary
Rochon constructed three retail base buildings for RioCan at Calgary’s East Hills Shopping Centre. Construction-period tenant coordination included BarBurrito, Chopped Leaf and Lakeside Humidor, reflecting the different requirements of food-service and specialty-retail premises.
The buildings were delivered concurrently with sidewalks, landscaping and paving. Coordinating landlord construction, tenant permits and handovers connected the individual building schedules with completion of the surrounding commercial site.
