Rochon is managing enabling works for fire-protection upgrades at Cambridge Country Manor, an operating long-term-care home. The scope includes a new pump house, service upgrades and architectural alterations supporting the sprinkler installation.

The design incorporates underground water storage and conversion of existing service rooms into a fire-separated sprinkler room. Delivery requires coordination within the care facility and at the new external infrastructure. Fire-alarm and sprinkler systems are client-subcontracted, with Rochon coordinating the associated building and services work. September 2026 photographs show construction progress across the site.
