Rochon is managing enabling works for fire-protection upgrades at Cambridge Country Manor, an operating long-term-care home. The scope includes a new pump house, service upgrades and architectural alterations supporting the sprinkler installation.

The design incorporates underground water storage and conversion of existing service rooms into a fire-separated sprinkler room. Delivery requires coordination within the care facility as well as at the new external infrastructure. Fire-alarm and sprinkler systems remain client-subcontracted, with Rochon coordinating the associated building and services work.
