Rochon is serving as Construction Manager for critical life safety upgrades at Cambridge Country Manor, an active long-term care facility in Cambridge, Ontario.

The project includes the construction of a new fire pump house, electrical service upgrades, and targeted architectural modifications to support a new sprinkler system. All work is being carefully phased and coordinated to maintain continuous operations while minimizing disruption to residents and staff.

The fire alarm and sprinkler systems are client-subcontracted, with Rochon managing and coordinating all enabling architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes required to support their installation. Drawing on over 35 years of experience delivering complex institutional projects in occupied environments, Rochon is providing schedule control, rigorous safety oversight, and clear coordination to ensure seamless execution of these essential life safety improvements.
