Rochon’s Picton project delivers a new retail shell and the supporting site infrastructure for Shoppers Drug Mart and commercial occupancy. The scope includes building-envelope construction, servicing, loading facilities and an expanded parking area.

Grading, paving, landscaping and accessibility works connect the new premises to the surrounding property. The project prepares the building and site for tenant occupation; the interior retail fit-out remains a separate scope.
