Rochon constructed a roughly 101,000 sq. ft. addition in Bolton, extending an existing warehouse of approximately 449,000 sq. ft. The project brings the combined building footprint to roughly 550,000 sq. ft.

The addition uses precast construction and provides approximately 32 ft. of clear height. Building tie-ins and targeted site modifications connect the new warehouse area with the established property, adding capacity within an existing distribution setting rather than creating a standalone building.
