Rochon delivered approximately 110,000 sq. ft. of multi-tenant retail space at RioCan’s Colossus Centre in Vaughan. The project combined base-building construction with turnkey interiors for Bed Bath & Beyond and Buy Buy Baby.
The building and tenant packages required coordination from commercial shell construction through finished sales and support spaces, bringing two national retail brands into the development.
