Rochon delivered the FreshCo at Jane and Denison through a combined building-shell and grocery fit-out scope. The store provides approximately 46,000 sq. ft. of gross floor area, with a building footprint of about 43,700 sq. ft.
The project carried the store from base-building construction through the retail interior, coordinating the customer sales space, operational support areas and site works for a complete grocery facility.
