Rochon delivered Enbridge’s Belleville Operations Centre, combining offices and industrial space with a yard for fleet vehicles, equipment and materials. The facility supports field operations by bringing staff accommodation, storage and vehicle staging together on one property.

The turnkey scope included site servicing, base-building construction and interior fit-out. Coordinating the building with the working yard linked the indoor support spaces to the practical needs of crews and equipment using the site.
