Rochon reconfigured an operating Food Basics in London, returning part of the premises to the landlord while reorganizing the sales floor and checkout area. A new exterior entrance and vestibule gave customers direct access independent of the mall entrance.

The work combined asbestos abatement with exterior-wall demolition, new steel, foundation reinforcement and slab trenching. Interior and exterior finishes followed the structural alterations, with construction coordinated around customer access and store operations. The project brought together hazardous-material removal, building alterations and a new customer entrance within an operating grocery store.
