Rochon converted a former Cineplex cinema in Brampton into Playdium, introducing a mix of active entertainment, gaming and hospitality uses. The conversion included a full kitchen and bar, party rooms, rope courses, bowling and virtual-reality gaming areas.

The work adapted a building designed around movie theatres for very different layouts, circulation and servicing needs. Separate project phases contributed to the completed venue, with attraction installation and food-service areas coordinated within the retained building.
