Rochon delivered the building shell and HomeSense interior at RioCan’s Clarkson Crossing in Mississauga. Separate base-building and tenant fit-out packages connected the landlord’s requirements with the needs of the home-furnishings retailer.

The completed store combines the customer sales floor with supporting back-of-house areas. Carrying the work from shell construction through the tenant interior required coordination of the building and retail layout, from the landlord’s shell to the finished HomeSense premises.
