Rochon renovated Metro College Park in downtown Toronto through phased, after-hours work that kept the grocery store operating. The scope covered aisles, cash offices, food-processing areas, bakery and deli departments, and checkout improvements including self-checkout units.

The challenge was renewing several connected store functions within restricted work periods, then returning areas to use. That sequencing tied construction directly to the retailer’s daily operating needs within a busy downtown location.
