Rochon completed a warehouse expansion for IKEA Properties Limited in Vaughan, Ontario. The project added 21,000+ sq.ft. of new ground-level warehouse space, a 16,000+ sq.ft. mezzanine, and five loading docks.

Delivered under a Bid-Build model in collaboration with Stark Architects, the expansion was designed to increase warehouse capacity, improve operational efficiency, and support both self-serve and full-serve operations.
