LA Fitness is a long-time repeat client for Rochon, with 27 facilities across Ontario. This location at the Yonge Sheppard Centre in Toronto was completed within a stringent 30 week schedule.

Throughout this project, Rochon overcame the challenges of tight construction staging, managing access with multiple contractors on site, navigating through busy loading dock spaces, material delivery, and coordinating with the base building to ensure that all systems were operating as required.

Rochon is proud to have delivered this project on time and on budget, which included LA Fitness’ first above ground aquatic centre in Canada.
