Rochon delivered approximately 48,500 sq. ft. of fitness space at Yonge Sheppard Centre, including a 25-yard lap pool, basketball court, exercise studios and extensive training areas. The aquatic component includes dedicated pool equipment and change-room facilities within the larger development.

Construction required coordination with the base building, other contractors and busy shared loading areas. Bringing the pool, gym and supporting building systems together within an elevated urban premises made the project a specialized fitness fit-out with substantial servicing and access requirements.
