Rochon redeveloped RioCan’s Whitby property for a tenant mix including Tim Hortons and Mr. Lube, preparing the site for food-service and automotive-service uses. Our scope included the Tim Hortons building shell, underground services, two additional building pads and surface works.

The development required more than new commercial space. Contaminated ground and significant changes in elevation called for remediation, retaining structures and coordinated site engineering. These works established the serviced building areas and finished site around which the tenant premises could be delivered.
