Rochon Building Corporation was selected by RioCan to revitalize this abandoned location. Rochon completed all underground services, re-engineered contaminated ground materials, constructed an all new Tim Hortons Restaurant, and prepared two building pads and all complete surface works.

Similar to many projects in our portfolio, this project presented its own challenges. With extreme grade changes between neighboring sites, Rochon Building Corporation partnered with consultants to construct a 300 meter Risi Stone and stamped concrete retaining wall, including all engineering and earth retention.
