Rochon is managing all aspects of the expansion at 15600 Robins Hill Road, ensuring seamless integration with the existing building and surrounding site.
The scope includes structural steel, precast panels, insulated cladding, full servicing, and targeted site upgrades. Tie-ins and interface work are coordinated after hours to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
With structural steel complete and metal deck installation now underway, work continues through the winter months. Once complete, the expanded footprint will enhance logistics capacity and allow operations to scale efficiently within this key distribution corridor.
