Rochon delivered a 111,000+ sq. ft. warehouse shell expansion for Dream Industrial at McCormick Canada’s Robins Hill distribution facility in London. The addition increased the existing building area by roughly half, bringing the combined facility to approximately 327,600 sq. ft. for the spice, seasoning and specialty foods business.

Sixteen new truck-level loading doors nearly doubled the existing 18-door provision. The project connected the new structure and services to an operating distribution property, with construction coordinated around McCormick’s requirements.
