Ted Lourenco serves as General Site Superintendent at Rochon Building Corporation, working closely with the Director of Field Operations to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Ted brings extensive field leadership experience across industrial, commercial, and institutional construction. Known for his strong presence on site and ability to coordinate complex teams of trades, he plays a critical role in maintaining safe, organized, and efficient worksites while ensuring projects progress according to plan. As General Site Superintendent, Ted is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities, including site coordination, trade supervision, scheduling, and quality control. Working alongside project managers, consultants, and subcontractors, he ensures work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and efficiency.
Ted’s leadership in the field helps translate project plans into successful built outcomes, ensuring Rochon’s projects are delivered on schedule and to the level of quality clients expect.
A successful project starts with a well-run jobsite. My focus is on keeping work organized, coordinating trades effectively, and ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
